The mounting of this unit proved to be too difficult. The mounting screws are inserted into a screwhole in the top of the lamp and so the screw is invisible while trying to screw it in. The cabinet I was installing this under was made of particle board and so I predrilled the holes. After several attempts with tired arms I just gave up. The light itself was really nice, but, just impractical for me to mount. A better mount for me was a surface mount with slotted screwholes. So the screws can be started and the unit slipped into place before tightening all the way down.

Very poor quality light.This light is far from 5000K.If you’re looking for very soft lighting it might be ok. You can buy better lighting at Lowe’s for half the cost. Took 4 extra days to deliver.Very unhappy with this purchase.

Light is excellent. Problem is the white cover that you put on it after getting it up sags in the middle and looks awful. Screws are little tiny things that don’t work very well. Light works very well, they need to get a better idea on replacing the white rectangular metal that covers all the wiring.

5 stars buuuuutttt, those freaking mounting screws! WTHeck?! I'll save you time. Get smaller diameter (aka skinnier) screws. Or a drill with a bit the same size of the screws that come with the light.AND!If you use a try to use a standard phillips head screw bit in a screw gun, it will make the mounting screw hole of the side you see, larger. If I didn't stop, I would have basically made a countersunk hole. Then the plug to hide the screw wouldn't have worked without glue. So yeah, what a pain.So how can I give it 5 stars?Well for me, first and foremost, those troublesome screws held fine without coming through the bottom of my 45 yr old cabs. Nice! The OGs did.These are metal construction, not plastic and they have real guts inside. They seem made to last for sure, without all the added weight like older styles.My installation was hokey, but was a straight up replacement of a older fluorescent tube style light. The two GETINLIGHTs I bought and installed are longer but my wiring was already there. I just connected the new wiring to the old. The results were successful and no fires. Seriously though, the wiring is so basic and if you are retrofitting like I did, cut the power, do this job yourself.Now, the results.These are like the Swiss Army Knife of under cabinet lightning! Ours are hardwired to a wall switch. Function wise, it's too many options for normal folk like us. LOL. jk The two lights I installed are over different counter areas that serve different purposes, on each side of the range. That has its own range hood led lighting.We replaced two lights total. In the corner to the left of the range, we went 24" long. To the right, 18" long. Original fixtures were 12" long bulbs.The 24" - Coffee Station (corner) - High brightness level, 5000k color (daytime). Helps wake you up. You have to turn on the wall switch first though. Then the light has an On/Off switch so you need to turn that on. *This light is typically off except when we're having coffee or I'm cooking and need the extra light (range hood is 2x 6000k color).The 18" light is between the range and the refer. It's for the toaster, can opener, and the boss's dry bar. Because it's a dry bar, it's set for Happy Hour. Basically, Low brightness, 2800k color, drink prices go up, LOL.So yea, be prepared for a PITA installation but afterwards, as long as you get through that, you'll be satisfied.Definitely recommend these and the seller.

Great product, easy install, bright soft light. Only negative was that there were no screws included to attach the fixture to the bottom of the cabinet.

NOTE: these light fixtures are designed for hard-wired installation ONLY. I replaced my 20-year-old florescent under cabinet lights with these units (they come in multiple lengths to suit your installation). I chose the 5000K (daylight) style, but they are available in warm white or soft white, as well as multiple/switchable color temperatures. Installation hack: buy some double-sided foam tape to hold the fixture on the underside of your cabinet while you install the mounting screws.

It’s perfect. Easy to install and I’m super happy with it. I replaced it with one that I think was well over 30 years old. So hopefully this one goes another 30!

Great under cabinet option. Installation was easy. I wanted a hardwired light. Good value as well. Many options to change temperature of lighting and brightness. Overall very pleased and would purchase again.

I recently remodeled part of the kitchen. I replaced a florescent fixture with this LED light, makes a huge difference. Plus I won't have to keep buying replacement bulbs now.

Very pleased with this light. I managed to install this independently with creative use of duct tape during the process (no, the duct tape did not remain!). The directions were clear, though the final two screws to screw into cabinetry were the wrong size- and challenging to find two that would fit! I am happy with the end result.

Bought this to replace a fluorescent light over the kitchen sink. With basic electrical skills it was easy to install. Works well. On 24/7 365 been on for about 6 months now.

I love this light, but it came with the wrong size screws to attach it to the cabinet. Good thing I had some that would work. It made a easy install into a bit of a frustration. But Otherwise I would recommend this product.

It's listed as a 1200 lumens but it's not. It may not be off by much but I can't stand false advertisement!

Easy to install and give a quantity of lighting options for under cupboards

I have a lot of questions about this product. The first one is, is the light bulb replaceable? It appears like a sealed unit.I should have spent a few dollars more and got the model with the adjustable light strength apparently.I would like a clear daylight bulb, a flament LED perhaps (not sure what they are called). But not the normal bulb one puts in say a living room lamp.Would appreciate understanding the different types of bulbs I might use for this product and how easy they are to install. Not finding much info on the product information page or a way to contact the seller.

It works great for replacing old fluorescent lights, it a white light, check the color light on yours if you want it to match

This light is okay. It's a bit too white and bright for me. It's too harsh, but that could be personal preference.

Screws for installation do not fit the appliance. The screw head supplied is #8 and will not go into premade holes for installation. Had to find two #6 1 inch screws to work. Otherwise appliance ok.
