Warranty

INLIGHT and LAGOM products sold on getinlight.com are backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, when the product is installed and used according to its instructions.

Warranty Periods

  • 5-year limited warranty: INLIGHT IN-0210 Linkable LED Under Cabinet Light.
  • 3-year limited warranty: all other INLIGHT and LAGOM products, including puck lights, under cabinet lights, recessed and ceiling lights, strip lights, junction boxes, decorative lighting, ceiling fans, and LAGOM Halo cables and power cords.

The warranty period starts on the date you receive your order. The warranty period shown on each product page applies to that product.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or incompatible electrical connections.
  • Improper installation, or installation that does not follow the product instructions or applicable electrical codes.
  • Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or cut or modified wiring.
  • Use outside the product's rated location (for example, a dry-rated product used in a damp location).
  • Normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, and parts or accessories from other brands.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email info@getinlight.com with:

  1. Your order number or other proof of purchase.
  2. The product model (for example, IN-0210) and quantity affected.
  3. A short description of the issue.
  4. Photos or a short video showing the problem and how the product is installed.

Please do not send products back before contacting us. We will review your claim and reply with the next steps.

Returns vs. Warranty

Within 30 days of receiving your item, you can also request a return under our Return & Refund Policy. The 30-day return window does not shorten this warranty or any rights you have under applicable law.

Purchases From Other Retailers

This page covers purchases made on getinlight.com. If you bought an INLIGHT or LAGOM product through Amazon or another retailer, contact us with your proof of purchase and we will review the support available.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
