Our online store is hosted by Shopify. This Privacy Policy concerns our handling of personal information; Shopify and other providers may also process information under their own privacy policies, as described below. Payment, Order Management, and Fulfillment Providers

We use third-party providers to help process purchases and deliver products.

Payments. Payment options offered through our checkout include services provided by PayPal and Airwallex, as available for your transaction. The provider you select processes payment information needed to authorize and complete the payment. Its handling of information is also governed by its applicable privacy notice.

Order management and delivery. We use Lingxing ERP to manage and transmit fulfillment information to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (“Amazon MCF”). Information needed for fulfillment may include the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details where needed, products ordered, quantities, and order references. Shipment status and tracking information are returned through our order-management system to Shopify so that we can manage delivery and provide order updates.

Carriers and other logistics providers receive information needed to transport and deliver packages. Returns and after-sales service may also require sharing relevant order and shipment information with the providers involved.

Other Disclosures of Personal Information

We may disclose relevant personal information:

• To Shopify and service providers that support hosting, technical operations, payment processing, customer support, business records, analytics, and related functions.

• To marketing or advertising providers, where those services are used, subject to applicable privacy choices and legal requirements.

• At your direction or with your consent, when you request a service or authorize a disclosure.

• For legal and security purposes, where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, address fraud or security concerns, resolve disputes, or protect rights.

Shopify’s Role

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits, transactions, and use of the Services to operate and support the platform.
