This light is AWESOME !!!! A little pricy but worth every penny ! Very well built ,doesn't get even a little warm . I tried one which was 1/2 the price and it got so hot it came apart !!!!

Absolutely useless. Building a kitchen. Got these for under cabinet lights. They say not to exceed 200 watts/string. BUT then don’t tell you anywhere what the draw of the lights are?!That’s fricking STUPID!Not I’ve got three open dimmer switches that won’t work because the manufacturer is playing secrets with the specs!Thanks for nothing you morons!

I purchased and had problems with these after 3 years. As with any product, a flaw can happen. The company immediately resolved and is sending replacements. It is a great feeling knowing there are caring companies out there with concerns for customer satisfaction and stand behind their warranty.

We have 5 of these now as under cabinet lighting, really a terrific product. Fast install compared to more permanent (and thus more complex) solutions. We wrap up the chord with velcro and hang it from a tea cup hook, looks fine. We like being able to adjust the color temperatures and the choice between 2 brightness settings is a big plus late at night. Modular and well built, thank you to the company for not cheaping it out like so many other companies. Our other 3 units, that we have for years now, are holding up well under daily use, and one of them gets quite a bit of heat exposure but is still running fine. Highly recommended product.

Impressed with all the options of white. It looks great and was very easy to install.

I purchased 5 lights- ( (3) 24"-(1) 18 " and (1) 12".) As others said, very hard to hard wire and close the panel on the light cases when hard wiring. Very hard. Also the 18" light is not the same brightness as the others lights, strong yellow tint compared to the others. This you can not tell till they are all set up and wired. I replaced all old fluorescent lights with these. If it came to having to replace these down the road, I'd not buy these again. Plus the punch out for the wire connector are an issue on the 12" and 18". If the punch out are not in a good location, very hard to drill new ones or not possible to even drill news ones as not good surface area to drill due to internal wiring and inside the light switches in the way.If you have previous hard wired fixtures , like in my case some of the punch out are not in a good spot . Due to the amount of wire I had available to work with , I had to order their junction boxes to make it work. So now 2 ( 12" and 18") of the 3 are now plug in and not hard wired. Hard wired into junction boxes and then plug in from junction to light. Sorry for anyone who said they paid someone to install and had this same yellow tint issue. Also, 4 hands would be helpful to isntall, not just 2 hands. Had to make wooden supports to use as 2 other hands I did not have.

Versatile fluorescent light- Ease of installation

Very nice looking , but the 12” is difficult to hard wire. The included strain relief is wider than the unit, so if used, the light cannot sit flush to the cabinet. There is also not really enough room in the unit to wire. The included Waco lever nuts are too big. I suggest removing and using small traditional wire nuts.

I am using this light for over the year. I like the quality of the product and a hardware to install it. We had electrician placing a wire inside the wall and installing an extra switch for us during the remodel. That is the light I use in my main prep space, and I have 3 dimmer settings and 3 light brightness settings too. I like the medium setting and softer light setting. I am very happy with the product, and I hope it will last many years just like the similar one we used before.

We purchased three 24" units in late 2019 and installed them under our new kitchen wall cabinets in early 2020.We "knew" we would want to use the Warm White (2700K) setting, but actually ended up using the Soft White (3000K) setting. In the best traditions of Goldilocks, we find the soft white color to be "just right".They work really well with the dimmer. They seemed spendy at the time at $85.90 each. Today, almost six and a half years later, they are listed at $79.90.

This light works well. I especially like the choice of having three color tones to choose from. I hard-wired it to a dimmer switch, as I have all the other under-counter lights in my kitchen. The colors match very well with my other lights as well.

Way better quality than I was expecting! I’ve had previous types from a local store (Cdn Tire) and they were badly designed, a pain to install and cheap looking for the price.However, this light looked like it would be easy to install with just two screws! Turns out that the inset screw housing doesn’t line up properly when reaching the hole in the housing! The screw then starts to go crooked and then you fight with the screwdriver trying to drive the screw into the wood under the cabinet, scraping the side plastic and semi stripping the screw! If I had noticed this before installing, I could have just widened the hole to accommodate the screw. I’d probably still buy again but fix the alignment!!I love the option of different shades of light and a high low switch is great! 👍

It does a great job for us. We did not have alight there previously.

It’s define high quality useful product, has many opening to send the hard wire under caninet in and has plenty of room to store it.It has all you need to install in the box and perfect choice for under cabinet in compare to IKEA which has too many loose parts.

The mount ability was great by a qualified electrician. There is a knock-outtab for rear wire mounting to a standard 120 VAC outlet. No dimmability,motion detector, and no battery needed. I now have a light over my stove-top,and it will be tremendous aid for all my fall and winter handmade soups and stews.

All in all a very nice light. Extremely bright but the color changes nicely. It is extremely difficult to finish wiring for a relative novice. Just very tight even after shortening leads, and the smallest screw I’ve ever seen on the back! I developed some new curses in the process.

I am an electrician and have been an independent electrical contractor for 25 years and these lights are some of the easiest to install and wire. They come with all the hardware necessary to hard wire or plug and play. They seem to be of good build quality and they are color select and dimmable from the fixture mounted hi/low output. In my 1st application with this manufacture I installed 3 of the them end to end and the necessary hardware was included without having to search for jumpers online. I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for a good under cab lights

Lights are good but would not buy again NSL because they are much more difficult to install and the quality is not as nice; however if your willing to fuss with the install they will save you a lot of money and get the job done. I do have more light settings which depending on your installation may be important.

I really liked that this item has choice of brightness levels and color temperatures. This allowed a near perfect match as this was replacing 1 of my 4 under cabinet lights that failed.HOWEVERIf you are replacing a light like I was, you should know that hardwiring this is difficult as there is very little room inside the case in order to make your wiring connections. If your romex can enter the fixture in the middle, or in the side far from the switch, you should be fine. If your romex wire is short and you must enter the fixture on the side of the switch, you will have a difficult install trying to route the wires around the switch inside the case and the case ended up bulging from the bundled up wires.

Light is nice but doesn't come with a connector nor install screws.

Straight forward install. Functions great with a dimmer. Easy to hardwire and daisy chain. The screws were a little long for connecting to the bottom of cabinet, but I just snipped them down to size with my wire cutters. The lights don't make any noise that I could notice.While the connecting wires for daisy chaining the lights together have different ends and the cover on one end of the light says input and the other end says output, either end will allow electricity to flow through to the next light. So, you can hard wire a middle cabinet and daisy chain in both directions. Ignore the input output written on the end covers.I was also able to go into the light with Romex 14 gauge and come out of the same cable clamp with 14 gauge Romex out of the same hole utilizing the provided cable clamps.I'm not sure why others had trouble. You can truly get two different sets of 14 gauge Romex 14/2 in and out the same knockout. Yes you have to maneuver the wires inside the light housing, but it's not a big deal.Also, if like me, some of your lights were hard wired, you will have extras of the daisy chain wires. If needed, you can connect those wires together and make longer daisy chain wires without having to order the longer ones. They just plug together. Worked like a charm and saved money.

I bought these in varying sizes almost six years ago to replace my under cabinet florescent lamps when I remodeled my kitchen. At the time, the primary reason was that the kitchen was already wired for under cabinet lighting, with requisite wall switches, so I might as well replace them with something more modern.In reality, the previous lights hardly got any use and I didn't expect these to be used much either. But now that I have them, they are used regularly. And the longer I have them, the more I appreciate them.Any LED light should run quietly and reliably, but unfortunately, not all do. These do, and work well with dimmer switches. The color temperature setting didn't mean that much to me when I got these. It was a matter of picking a position that I felt was best suited. But now that ceiling LED fixtures are commonplace and can be set to specific color temperatures, it makes a big difference being able to set all the lights to a consistent color temperature.Now that I have under cabinet lighting that interconnects, allows me to have the right number and the right length lights, set to the right brightness with a wall switch, and that gives natural looking illumination by matching the color temperature of the ceiling recessed lamps, lighting that was once an afterthought had become an integral part of everyday life.

Lots of selectable options. Nicely made. Very nice latched plug for hard wiring.Cons: pricey. Wire chase way opening should be bigger to dress excess wiring.

This is an amazing product, the company has clearly not cut any corners with its design. Even down to how you connect the wire, if hard wiring it, by providing Wago connections instead of the standard twist that major brands supply. It also has multiple bunch out holes so you can get a more accurate line up when wiring. So many features, while also providing a low profile look. Very impressed!!!

Very well made product. We are not linking units together, and the cord is extra long, about 6 feet. What I did was to cut the plug-in cord to a satisfactory length, then installed it in the socket meant for hard wiring. The color code of the plug-in cord is followed internally, and there are snap connectors inside to make connectiong the plug-in cord even easier. If you have any electrical skills this is very easy to do, and makes for a neat installation.
