Keeping the kitchen familiar
A homeowner wanted to replace older incandescent cabinet lights with LED puck lights while keeping a warm look in the kitchen. The existing lights were divided across several cabinet sections, each with its own power supply. Before ordering, the customer wanted to understand which lights, connectors and accessories belonged in the plan.
Starting with the space
Our support team asked about the existing setup, cabinet measurements and the number of lights being considered. The conversation covered the IN-0107 puck-light options, ways to control the light and the parts needed for each cabinet section. As the shopping list took shape, we helped distinguish the lighting components from the other materials the installer would need.
Help with the details
The questions continued as the customer prepared to buy. We clarified that the LEDs were integrated into the fixtures and explained how the connectors affected future fixture replacement. When the customer asked how many accessories to order, we reviewed the proposed list and identified items that were unnecessary for the planned spacing. The homeowner arranged for a professional installer to carry out the work.
A finished kitchen, and useful feedback
The customer later confirmed that the installation was complete, sent a finished-project photograph and said they were very happy with the result. In a follow-up exchange, they identified our support and the reviews they had read as reasons for choosing INLIGHT. They also shared an idea for improving cable organization, which our support team passed on for consideration.
