No quality issues but the outer rim is slightly oversized and may be visible from under an installed fixture such as a wall sconce. I bought inconvenient that there's no installation template for the cut hole. This is for the old work/retrofit installation.

My expectations were not that high so I'm not too disappointed.

This is the same plastic used to help secure toys in their retail boxes. It is not the same plastic that a box from Carlon, Arlington, or other manufacturers is made of. I would seriously question the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) listing on these. If it's on their list, I'm guessing it's on the we're not certifying this list.1. The plastic is brittle. I would not recommend using a power drill the turn the screws when mounting the box. At least lower the torque setting on your drill to the lowest setting and incrementally increase until the screw fits snug.2. The plastic does not flex like other box manufacturers. Enter the wire before the box gets put in the wall or you will have to cut or break off the tabs to pull Romex in as to not gouge the wire. This will allow the wire to move freely inside the housing. Not a great option.3. Use the correct screws when mounting your fixtures. An oversized screw can easily split the plastic.I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This Is Crap! don't waste your money

This product is crap! don't waste your money. Very poorly manufactured. Screws are so binding and difficult that the either strip out or literally break off as you try to tighten them in place. Also holes for cover plate screws don't seem to fit well. The flat head screws for the cover plates will either strip break off as well when you tighten them. Good price on this product, but save yourself the frustration and get the gray or blue ones from hxmx dexxt. So disappointed with this product

I have been sick and tired of buying super cheap quality boxes from HD and Lowes, they really need to look into this. I tried around 4 boxes and every box would pop out from broken tabs, decided to give this brand a try and they are stealthy for sure, tabs are strong and its holding pretty well so far. Neat

Used these to mount flush LED lights in the ceiling. They fit into a 4" hole. Then in the attic, when the lights are on, they glow orange, helping you locate them. Neat.
