LAGOM Halo Slim LED Under Cabinet Light, 3-CCT, Dimmable, Linkable, Hardwired or Plug-in

purchased multiple sizes of these lights and they worked great except for 2 of the 40-inch lights. After only a year and 8 months they have started to flicker and not work on all settings. I have tried to file a warranty claim ( I see it says 3 years product support) but have had no luck figuring out how to contact support to get a warranty replacement. Disappointed for the cost of these- that they haven't lasted longer then 1 year and 8 months.

These lights are the worst thing I’ve ever ordered on Amazon. We ordered 6 to go in our brand new kitchen and half didn’t work.

These are awesome and dim smoothly with no flicker at all!

Absolute garbage. Started flickering after 2 months.Don’t waste your time or money.

Lamp itself: 5 stars. Perfect invisible fit under the 24” cabinet. Good choice of 2 brightness and 3 color settings. Love it once installed.Installation: 1 star. The saddle of the metal clamp connector is taller than the light fixture, I had to cut it with a grinder to keep the low profile. The clamp screws were too long, I had to cut them with a dremel. Neither should extend past the dimensions of the light fixture.

When the Ad said Power Cord Sold Separately they failed to mention that cord has a special non standard three pin mini plug. The mini plug is not included - they want you to figure that out for yourself? Other cabinet lights come with any needed connectors / plugs and cords. It took me less than five minutes to realize there was no way for me to use this light so there's no choice but to return it to Amazon.

We bought these for our new kitchen remodel, and they work wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Bought this for under cabinet in a built in desk. Easy to install. Good options - low and high for light. 3 settings for light warmth. Happy with purchase.

Wouldn’t work tried everything

Super happy with these lights. They are the lowest profile 120v I could find and they didn’t disappoint. Two brightness levels with three color options. The button are very small and indiscrete. Metal housing. All around good quality and value.

not that easy to install under the counter

This was hard to install. Would not clamp on to wires. Electrician was not impressed with components. We ended up throwing it away because it was falling apart as he tried to install it.

Great for the money. Varied settings

I purchased 4 (2 different sizes) of these originally. Using them as single, hardwired lights is sufficient, but I had trouble when connecting them to make one extended bar. I thought maybe one was just faulty because it barely kept the connection, and I was overdue on the return date (construction delays) so I purchased a 5th to try the connection again. Same issue. Not a consistent connection. Then I realized the screws pulled the connection out the tight I screwed it in, so I lost the screws and used double sided tape and gorilla tape to keep it fastened to the undermount. Unfortunately that wasn’t sturdy enough so I had to put one screw in, and I used the screw furthest away from the connection point. That kept it in place but every now and then I need to put pressure on the end towards the middle for the light to kick in…In summary. Wire them up solo and you’ll be fine.

Changed out all my under counter lights with these even got the extension to add another light for over the sink. With the multiple different size adjustable color and brightness give these a look

Friends installed these lights (in various lengths) under my kitchen cabinets. They are Beautiful! I couldn’t get it choose the frequency, therefore the color of light I wanted. We hooked to a dimmer and that works well. There were some issues with shipping the longer light fixtures, which delayed things, but eventually everything worked out.

Only giving them one star because they look good.. don’t provide cables, so then buy them and find out didn’t have enough clamps included so buy them. Hard to install, poor directions. So many other choices skip unless they have that absolute look you’re looking for. Even the clamps they use are some odd size and kind of forced to buy some overpriced kit from them just to get one. I would definitely avoid

Very nice, modern under-cabinet light that looks exactly like the photos. I ordered the white 22-in version. It arrived in two days, was well packaged, and installation was easy.I love the flexibility: 2 brightness levels and 3 color temperature options.Only minor drawbacks: the switch is a bit small (a touch sensor would be nicer), and the power cord—sold separately—is six feet long, which is way longer than I need. I’d much prefer a 2-ft option (3 feet at most).Overall, I’m really happy with it and would buy it again.

The Good:• 22” length is perfect under a standard 24” cabinet.• Selectable color temperature + selectable brightness is genuinely useful.• Very low profile — only 5/8” thick.Needs Improvement:• The diffuser is about 1-1/4” wide and “milky,” but the LEDs are in one tight linear row close to the cover. If the light is mounted where you can see the underside, you’ll notice a line rather than even diffusion.The Ugly:• The strain relief for the rear cord entry is thicker than the fixture, so to mount the light flush you will need to cut a recess in the cabinet bottom, and/or cut off screws – you can't control which side of the strain relief is up when tight – see photo. (Dremel time).• The internal splice connectors are push-in (no lever). With stranded wire you’ll need to tin the wire ends to be able to insert them (soldering iron helps).Bottom line: Love the form factor and adjustability, but the wiring/connector design needs improvement. Plan on some advanced DIY if you want a clean, flush hardwired install.

I waited three weeks for this? It's made of even cheaper materials than I thought possible given the trend with this type of product– despite the price. The whole unit is warped despite coming packed in two boxes, and the hardware itself is complete junk. The switches are super tiny and feel like they're absolutely not going to last a whole year.Because I didn't have the energy left after waiting three weeks, and being deflated by what arrived, I decided to just try to fix it and use it rather than go through the typically ridiculous debate with the manufacturer in China about returning it. If you're looking for an under cabinet light, I'd hard pass on this one.

Now that the job is done, I really like these lights. They were used to replace a CFL ballast in the kitchen that was tied to a light switch on the counter top wall. You can DIY this, but take your time. You need to make sure you understand the old wiring and adapt it to this product. I'm reasonably comfortable with household electric stuff so ultimately I am fine with this . But it's not a simple slap it on and be done with it type of job. I do like the different color tones as well as the bright and medium settings.

Bought 3 lights. Only 2 worked and I missed the return window due to contractor delay. Disappointing.Difficulty to mount to bottom of an aluminum cabinet, but I figured it out. Does not bind to alien tape, liquid nail, industrial Velcro. Also disappointing, but I finally figured out a way to make it work.Lights are actually great, but low rating due to faulty product, difficulty in mounting.

Worked very well. Installed under cabinets to replace old fixtures. Look and work great

Connecting units is a problem. When connecting units, connectors offering collapse and power is not transferred from one to the next. I wasted many hours trying to install four connected units. Consider buying units that connect with a cable connector.

Works well in our kitchen , under cabinets. Came with a lot of material to make electrical connections that I was very unfamiliar with. I used wire nuts to make connections. Lights come with 4 different settings

Look great and was easy to install.
